1. Bajaj STEP (Service Technician Excellence Program)
   This is a flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by Bajaj Auto Ltd. Its primary goal is to address the skill gap in the automotive service industry.
   1. The Goal: To train youth in advanced automobile technology, specifically for two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
   2. The Impact: It provides students with hands-on experience using the latest Bajaj vehicle engines and diagnostic tools, making them highly employable at authorized service centres or as independent entrepreneurs.
2. GTT Foundation (Global Talent Track)
   The GTT Foundation acts as the implementing partner for the program. They bridge the gap between the corporate sponsor (Bajaj) and the educational institute (BSIET).
   1. Training & Soft Skills: While BSIET handles the technical aspect, GTT often manages the “soft skills” and “employability” side, including communication, work ethics, and interview preparation.
   2. Coordination: They ensure that the curriculum stays updated according to industry standards and handle the logistics of the CSR funding provided by Bajaj.
